Precautions

2. Winter pouring of concrete, concrete in the cold before the compressive strength shall not be less than the following provisions:

⑵ slag Portland cement concrete prepared for the design of the concrete strength of 40% of the standard value, but not more than C10 of concrete, not less than 5.0N / m O.

3. Preparation of winter construction of concrete, should be preferred Portland cement or ordinary Portland cement. Cement strength grade should not be less than 32.5, the minimum amount of cement should not be less than 300kg / m3, water cement ratio should not be greater than 0.6 mixed with antifreeze concrete, high alumina cement is strictly prohibited.

4. Winter pouring of concrete, should use chlorine-free salt antifreeze, to freeze the requirements of high concrete, should use air-entraining agent or air-entraining water-reducing agent.

5. The use of plain concrete, the chloride content of cement shall not exceed 3% of the weight.

6. Aggregates used in concrete must be clean, shall not contain ice, snow and other frozen material and easily cracked minerals. In the mixed with potassium, sodium ion antifreeze concrete, shall not be mixed with active aggregate.

7. Mixing Concrete mixed with antifreeze should meet the following requirements:
(1) the preparation of antifreeze solution and antifreeze dosage should be consistent with the relevant provisions of the existing national standards;
(2) strictly control the water-cement ratio of concrete, from the aggregate into the water and antifreeze solution in the water should be deducted in the mixed water;
⑶ stirring before the application of hot water or steam rinse mixer, stirring time should be taken at room temperature mixing time 1.5 times;
⑷ the temperature of the concrete mixture should not be less than 10 ℃, into the mold temperature should not be less than 5 ℃.

8. Concrete in the casting should be removed before the template on the ice and dirt, transport and pouring concrete containers should have insulation measures.

9. Templates and insulation should be removed after cooling the concrete to 5 ℃; when the temperature difference between concrete and the outside is greater than 20 ℃, the concrete surface after demolding should be taken to make it cover the temporary cooling measures.

10. The curing of concrete with antifreeze should meet the following requirements:
⑴ conservation in the negative temperature conditions, non-watering and exposed surface must be covered;
(2) the initial curing temperature of concrete shall not be lower than the specified temperature of antifreeze, fail to reach the required temperature should be taken immediately insulation measures;
(3) concrete mixed with antifreeze, when the temperature drops below the specified temperature antifreeze, its strength should not be less than 3.5N / m O;
(4) When the surface temperature of the concrete after demolding is different from the ambient temperature is greater than 15 ℃, the concrete shall be covered with the heat preservation material.
